Excellent experience. We'd gone to look for an outfit for my fiance. Although the location can feel slightly remote and the store doesn't look like much from the outside, it's a completely different story once you step in. There's a whole host of bridal outfits that women can choose from - both on sale and on rent. The store owner is a well-natured knowledgeable lady, who is very honest and unassuming. They'll give you a very good deal on rental outfits and don't require you to return it the very next day - there's a three day buffer. Very pleased with the experience. Such well mannered store owners deserve all the credit.

After going through lot of options for white rental dress, I found this place..It was amazing experience. When i went first time, assistant showed me 3 options. I liked the one but wanted with my size. At one moment felt maybe i should go with buying new dress. When the owner came to know that I wanted particular dress which wasn't available in my size (and was used many times), she offered me to take new one (she bought new material, stitched according to my size) & gave buyback option in affordable price. Never thought of getting brand new unused dress within reasonable price. All thanks to Helen (the owner & her assistants) who made sure I get what I wished for. I'm a budget bride and I was looking for a good tailor who could make me a gown worth the money I was paying. After a lot of research and window shopping I bumped into Smitha. She sells gowns off the rack, rents them out and sometimes custom makes gowns as well depending on how early you give her your order and how intricate the design is. She is such a wonderful positive lady and goes above and beyond to bring a smile on your face. I was super happy with my gown and the fitting. I really recommend paying her shop-apartment a visit when you're doing your bridal shopping.

There is a buy back option as well where you can purchase the gown at half price (including veil and mittens) and then give it back after your wedding. The owner Smitha is such a humble soul and she will customise your gown as per you requirements. I had booked the gown before pandemic and inspite of issues in material availability and their high cost during lockdown she and her team managed to create a wonderful gown for me and it fit me so well that i din require any alterations. She went an extra mile to incorporate the details i had just causally enquired. I was overwhelmed with her hardwork, dedication and willingness to accommodate any requests. This is a great place to buy/rent wedding gowns. My experience right from fittings to pickup and everything else in between was seamless and superb.
